01The Problem
Most projects spend months planning before they build. We reverse the order—building early, testing assumptions, and validating fast.
The old way
The WizeBix way
02The 100-Minute Proposition
100Minutes
We don't ask you to spend weeks writing the perfect specification. Tell us the problem, explain the workflow, show us the process or send us the idea. Our AI-first workflow turns that input into a working product direction — fast.
A call, a message, a workflow recording, a rough idea.
AI structures the conversation into scope, users and constraints.
Entities, flows, permissions and integration points take shape.
Real screens, real navigation, real states — not slideware.
The one path that proves the product is worth building.
Something you can click, react to and challenge.
03The Operating Model
AI-Driven Development Lifecycle. Seven stages that feed back into each other, so launch is a checkpoint rather than an ending.
AI is not a feature added at the end of development. AI is embedded throughout the development lifecycle.
Stage 01
Understand
Capture the requirement where it actually lives.

04AI-First Delivery
Two layers, one accountable team. Speed comes from the first. Trust comes from the second.
Layer 01 · Machine
Everything that is repeatable, mechanical or faster to generate than to write by hand.
Layer 02 · Human
Everything where being wrong is expensive, and where responsibility has to sit with a person.
There is no autonomous pipeline pushing code to production. Every AI-generated contribution passes through engineering review before it ships.
05What WizeBix Builds
Whether the output is an agent, a platform or a pipeline, it goes through the same ADLC loop and the same engineering ownership.
01
Software that reasons, reads and responds.
02
The platforms your business actually runs on.
03
Remove the manual work between systems.
04
Make AI cheaper, faster and predictable.
06Problem → System
You describe the bottleneck in your own words. We name the system that removes it. Pick the one that sounds like your week.

Inbound enquiries are scored, enriched and routed in seconds. Your team opens the day with a ranked list instead of an inbox.
07Security & Scalability
Every system is designed with production requirements in mind — security, maintainability, observability, scalability and controlled deployment.
01
Authentication, authorization, secrets management and secure APIs planned at architecture time.
02
Designed for growth in users, data and traffic — not rewritten once the growth arrives.
03
Critical AI decisions stay reviewable, explainable and controllable by a person.
04
Logging, monitoring, tracing and honest failure visibility from day one.
05
Readable code, documentation, testing and a structure the next engineer can work in.
08Why WizeBix
01
AI is in the intake, the modelling and the build — not a feature added in the final sprint.
02
You approve a working product direction, not a document describing one.
03
Agents do the volume. Senior engineers sign off on everything that reaches production.
04
The prototype proves the idea. The architecture behind it is built to keep running.
05
Hours removed, revenue recovered, conversion moved. Those are the numbers we report.
09Results
Three engagements, three numbers the client's finance team could verify. That is the standard we hold our work to.

Select a sector to see the problem we usually find, the system we build and the outcome it produces.
Problem
Administrative work and missed appointments consume clinical time.
AI solution
Automated scheduling, reminders and document handling, with human review on anything clinical.
Outcome
Fewer no-shows and hours returned to patient-facing work.

12FAQ
If yours is not here, ask it on the call. We would rather answer it before you commit than after.
AI systems, software products and business automation. That covers AI agents, generative and voice AI, document processing, web and mobile applications, SaaS products, internal platforms, workflow automation and data pipelines.
We start from a conversation rather than a specification. AI structures that conversation into requirements and a product blueprint, and we assemble a working prototype — real screens and a core workflow — within 100 minutes of the first call. It is a rapid prototype or MVP demonstration, not a production release; production engineering continues through the rest of ADLC.
No. We build conventional web, mobile and SaaS products too. The difference is that AI is used throughout how we build them, whether or not the finished product contains AI features.
Yes. Most of our work connects to systems that already exist — CRMs, ERPs, databases, internal tools and third-party APIs. Integration points are identified during Model, before anything is built.
Systems are architected for growth in users, data, traffic, integrations and AI workloads. We deliberately avoid prototype code reaching production unchanged: a validated direction is re-engineered on an architecture built to last.
AI assists with requirement analysis, code and UI generation, testing, documentation, data processing, research and repetitive engineering tasks. It compresses the volume work so engineers spend their time on design and judgement.
Always. Nothing reaches production without engineering review. Architecture, security, technical trade-offs, quality gates and releases are owned by senior engineers, not by an autonomous agent.
Security is designed in: authentication, authorization, secrets management, secure APIs, least-privilege access, logging and monitoring. Specific compliance requirements are scoped per project — we agree what applies to your context rather than claiming blanket certification.
Ownership is agreed in writing before engagement, and our standard position is that you own the software and IP we deliver for you. Third-party services and open-source components keep their own licences, which we document.
We validate it — usability, feasibility, architecture, security, edge cases and business logic. If the direction holds, we move into Build and Scale. If it does not, you have learned that in hours instead of months.
Bring the idea, the workflow or the problem. We'll turn it into a clear product direction and show you what's possible.
